In operations, team members work hand-in-hand with our dedicated lineworkers and engineers to ensure the safety and reliability of our system. They monitor the status of the grid from the control center, dispatch crews to fix outages, and analyze data to enhance our system’s performance. Other teams make sure employees have the tools, equipment, and knowledge they need to get their job done safely, so they always go home to their families at the end of the day.
