$81,483.00 Minimum Starting Base Pay* + KPI Bonuses + Competitive Benefits

*Qualifications may warrant greater starting base pay within the full pay range.  Individual base pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.

Position Summary

This position is for producing and overseeing video and photography related projects that support the strategic mission of the Cooperative.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop, edit and distribute creative and professional videos and photographic messaging for internal and external communications
  • Coordinate, record and edit promotional, documentary, news, marketing and educational materials for use across multiple platforms including cooperative intranet, website, broadcast platforms, social media, marketing or other methods of distribution
  • Operate unmanned aerial vehicle for video and photography
  • Utilize video graphics software to develop and enhance video production quality
  • Assist communications department staff members in researching and interviewing for internal and external communications
  • Develop and publish content through multiple digital channels, including social media, intranet and website
  • Organize, manage, and archive media in multiple forms via digital asset management software
  • Maintain a comprehensive video and photography production library
  • Provide communications support for executive management's internal and external speaking engagements
  • Collaborate with employees across multiple departments to identify and pursue content for internal and external audiences
  • Research and recommend design and engineering of media systems for meetings and events, including live streaming platforms

  • Film, edit video and stills, design digital video effects and create graphics for finished products
  • Monitor all stages of production to complete projects, including designing the work and contributing to the ideas of others
  • Confer with management to determine program needs and identify production options
  • Write and edit scripts for video and audio production
  • Advise and consult with vendors on design, photography, video and printing projects
  • Secure shoot film locations, talent and set staging
  • Collect information and conduct research for use in internal and external communications
  • Attend corporate meetings and functions to develop audio visual summaries for use across multiple digital platforms
  • Maintain the security of confidential information
  • Stay abreast of advances in technology
  • Demonstrate regular and prompt attendance

Minimum Qualifications - (Education, Experience)

  • Bachelor’s Degree, preferably in Multimedia, Television, Radio, Film, Communications, Public Relations, Advertising, Journalism, Marketing or related field
  • Directly related work experience may substitute for education
  • Five years of directly related work experience in corporate, news broadcast or commercial news video production
  • FAA-Certified Drone Pilot's License
  • Valid Driver’s License
