Position Summary
This position is responsible for administration of ethics and compliance reporting, reinforcing company culture, training and awareness in support of the Cooperative’s strategic initiatives.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee and administer corporate ethics and compliance reporting function
- Reinforce corporate integrity and adherence to ethics, values and standards
- Receive, review, research, and thoroughly investigate suspected ethics and compliance violations
- Conduct confidential investigative interviews
- Design reports with investigation findings and recommendation outcomes
- Recommend corrective action and track action items to ensure completion
- Support the various reporting mechanisms, including the hotline and electronic mail account
- Coordinate ethics and compliance committee for receipt and resolution of suspected violations
- Maintain agendas, minutes, and documents relating to activities performed by the ethics and compliance committee
- Implement corporate and departmental policies, procedures, and service standards in conjunction with management
- Collect, track, and analyze relevant data and performance metrics
- Report and present information to management and the Board of Directors
- Develop and provide education and training materials, including programs for new employee orientation, ethics and compliance, internal control issues, and other programs

- Provide guidance to employees and managers on ethics and compliance reporting issues and concerns
- Ensure integration of appropriate ethics and compliance policies into business unit activities
- Build partnerships or support network with business units to enhance effectiveness
- Maintain subject matter expertise on key policies and requirements
- Analyze trends and recommend program activities and corrective actions
- Prepare and present status of department programs to Board of Directors and committees
- Maintain the highest integrity and security of confidential information
- Maintain the security of confidential information
- Stay abreast of advances in technology
- Demonstrate regular and prompt attendance

A full range of supervisory activities, training, evaluation, counseling and recommendation for termination. This includes, but is not limited to, effectively communicating organizational policies and other information to subordinates, ensuring that employees have a clear understanding of their responsibilities.

Minimum Qualifications - (Education, Experience)
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Directly related experience may substitute for education
- Four years of related work experience
- Two years of leadership experience
- Ethics certification, LPEC, CCEP, or equivalent preferred
- Valid Driver’s License
