$88,880.00 Minimum Starting Base Pay* + KPI Bonuses + Competitive Benefits
Mid point of pay range: $111,100.00 annually
*Qualifications may warrant greater starting base pay within the full pay range. Individual base pay is determined by experience, job-related skills, and relevant education or training.
Position Summary
This position is responsible for planning, executing projects within scope, time, budget and building and managing project teams.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop business cases and charter projects,
- Define project scope, goals, objectives, requirements, assumptions, constraints, budget, and resources
- Develop and manage the work breakdown structure, project scheduling, logistics, budgeting and administrative activities
- Collaborate with management to seek approval in securing resources for project team
- Manage projects within the established scope, schedule and budget
- Oversee risk management efforts, identify and mitigate risks
- Develop communications plan and monitor throughout completion of projects
- Report project status to stakeholders and the project team
- Resolve schedule conflicts and changing of the project scope through change control methods
- Communicate identification and resolution of business and project issues
- Monitor, track and report on project deliverables
- Record meeting minutes, action items and establish follow up procedures
- Develop presentations to management for project status updates
- Develop and maintain workflow diagramming, scope management and communications
- Define and manage metrics for project success that align with key performance indicators
- Maintain the security of confidential information
- Stay abreast of advances in technology
- Demonstrate regular and prompt attendance
- Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned

- Knowledge of using computer systems, which may include setting up and using hardware and software programs, entering data, configuration, or processing information
- Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service
- Knowledge of project management concepts, practices and procedures
- Knowledge of a project management tool such as Microsoft Office software including MS Project, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.
- Skilled in handling multiple tasks, prioritizing and changing priorities
- Skilled in managing multiple multimillion dollar projects simultaneously
- Skilled in managing the full lifecycle of a project from inception to completion
- Skilled in managing scope, schedule, and budget management on multiple large projects simultaneously
- Skilled in leading projects with multiple internal stakeholder groups and multiple external contractors
- Skilled in identifying, analyzing, and resolving project risks and conflicts
- Skilled in time management
- Ability to anticipate, identify, analyze and resolve conflict and problems
- Ability to set priorities
- Ability to apply organization skills
- Ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with external parties as representatives of PEC including landowners, cities, counties, government agencies, title companies, real estate groups, developers at job sites and other locations

- Ability to listen, understand information, and communicate effectively verbally and in writing
- Ability to travel to multiple job sites on a regular basis to coordinate with external consultants and contractors for construction work, delivery of materials, inspection of construction work, and validation of construction progress
- Ability to identify where engineering design and/or physical construction does not match the scope of the project

Minimum Qualifications - (Education, Experience)
- Bachelor’s Degree in a related field
- Directly related experience may substitute for education
- Three years of project management experience
- Project Management Certification or equivalent (including Lean Six Sigma Certifications)
- Valid Texas Driver’s License
