Position Summary
|
This position is responsible for assisting in the development, implementation and delivering of the Member Relations Employee Training Program in support of the Cooperative’s strategic initiatives.
|
|
|
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
|
- Manage training related projects by clarifying project objectives, setting timetables and schedules, conducting research and time/cost analysis, developing and organizing information, fulfilling transactions, communicating project status and issues and resolving concerns
|
- Facilitate learning solutions in either a physical classroom or virtual setting
|
- Provide learning management system administration to ensure alignment of department training content with the Cooperative’s Learning Management System design and architecture
|
- Conduct training programs on Customer Information Systems and ensure that all reference documentation has been updated
|
- Develop and provide Member Relation’s education, training materials and programs
|
- Assist in identifying developmental needs, setting performance targets and benchmarks, assessing methodologies and striving for continuous improvement of individual performance
|
- Collaborate with management in change management initiatives and conduct training assessments
|
- Assist with coordination of third party vendor services and internal stakeholders to ensure high quality customer service
|
- Provide skilled coaching and ongoing support to improve performance and organizational goals
|
- Develop end-to-end design, facilitation, coordination and management of learning programs
|
- Benchmark for best practices in employee development
|
- Build partnerships and network with various business units to enhance effectiveness
|
- Coordinate with third party vendor services and internal stakeholders to ensure high quality customer service and respond to requests for information from outside entities
|
- Communicate with internal and external customers regarding company policies and procedures
|
- Maintain subject matter expertise on Cooperative policies, procedures and requirements
|
- Represent the Cooperative at meetings, conferences, seminars and other events
|
- Establish and maintain effective communication and working relationships with the management team and key stakeholders
|
- Maintain the security of confidential information
|
- Stay abreast of advances technology

Minimum Qualifications - (Education, Experience, Certification, & Licensing)
|
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, Education or related field
|
- Directly related experience may substitute for education
|
- Two years of directly related experience
|
|
|
